this Court for want of jurisdiction as the Plaintiff needs
to approach the Ld. Appellate Authority as provided in
the DDA Act. The Ld. Counsel also produced the
citation titled as “Campaign for people participation
in Development Planing Vs. Union Of India &
Ors.”, dated 30/11/2023 passed by the Hon’ble High
Court of Delhi regarding the validity of the notification
dated 16/05/2019.
One more opportunity is provided to the
Plaintiff to produce the citation as prayed for on the
last date.
