Between the dates of hearing application for supply of
defeicient copies of the plaint was filed on behalf of Defendant No. 1, 6
and 7.
It is also submitted on behalf of defendant No. 3 to 5 that he
has also not received the copy of the plaint.
Between the dates of hearing application u/o 6 rule 17 CPC
alongwith amended application u/o 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC was filed on
behalf of the plaintiff. Same is taken on record.
In view of the submissions, let copy of plaint alongwith
copy of the above mentioned applications be supplied to the opposite
side.
In view of the submissions, application u/s 151 CPC for
supply of deficient copies is disposed of accordingly.
Let WS be filed within the stipulated time.
