Defendant no.4 is already deleted from the array of parties.
AR of defendant no.1 is nor present in person despite directions due to the
protest situation in Delhi today. AR of defendant no.1 shall remain present in person on
the NDOH.
Notice issued upon Ms. Megha Chugh (first floor owner) received back
served.
Notice issued upon Ms. Shashi Bala (second floor owner) received back
unserved with the report that she was not found at the given address.
Issue court notice to Ms. Shashi Bala i.e. second floor owner of the suit
property to remain present in person on NDOH.
Defendant no.2 shall also make efforts to serve such notice upon Ms. Shashi
Bala i.e. owner of second floor for ensuring her appearance on NDOH.
The owners of upper ground as well as top floor shall also remain present in
person on the NDOH.
