injunction against all of the defendants and that as per
Section 7 of Family Courts Act, 1984, explanation (c), a suit
between the parties to a marriage with respect to the property
of the parties would have to be filed before the concerned
family Court and as per Section 8, jurisdiction of Civil Court
is barred.
Accordingly, the proceedings against defendant
