Present: Ld. Counsel for petitioner with petitioner.
File perused.
These are two applications i.e. one u/s 152 of CPC
and another for issuance of the Succession Certificate
Submissions heard. For the reasons stated in the
application, same stands allowed and it is ordered that the folio
no. 1650307/59 in para no. 6 of judgment dated 30.07.2025 be
read as “1650306/59”.
Main file perused. Requisite Court fees has already
been filed. Necessary documents of applicant and Surety also
filed accordingly, the indemnity / Surety bond filed in present
petition on behalf of the applicant is accepted.
In view of the judgment dated 30.07.2025, passed by
this Court, Succession Certificate be issued accordingly. Hence,
the present application is also disposed off.
File be consigned to Record-Room, after due
compliance.
