It is submitted by Ld. LAC for defendant no. 2 and 3
that she is not in contact with the defendant no. 2 and 3 and the
defendants have not contacted her after filing authority letter
neither she has received document from them regarding present
case. W/S has not been filed on behalf of defendant no. 2 and
defendant no. 3 till date. Accordingly, right to file W/S on behalf
of defendant no. 2 and defendant no. 3 stands closed.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 1 seeks sometime
to file W/S on the ground that the defendant no. 1 does not have
copy of plaint and annexures and she will apply the certified
copy of the same.
Let the same be filed with appropriate application
for condonotion of delay. Advance copy be supplied to the
opposite party.
Interim orders, if any, to continue till NDOH.
Put up for filing of W/S on behalf of defendant no. 1
/ further proceedings on 16.07.2026.
