In view of the statement given by defendant no. 3 to 8,
the suit of the plaintiff is decreed in following manner u/o XII rule 6
CPC:
* A decree of permanent injunction is hereby passed in
favour of plaintiff and against the defendants no. 3 yo 8 whereby the
defendants no. 3 to 8, their heirs/ successors/ agents, associates etc
are hereby restrained from entering, occupying and interfering in the
peaceful possession of the plaintiff over the suit property bearing no.
10, II Floor, C Block, Pocket-5, Near Vidha Bharti Public School,
Sector-15, Rohini, Delhi.
Record shows that decree qua defendant no. 1 & 2 has
already been granted vide order dated 25.02.2026. File be consigned
to Record Room.
