Ld. counsel for defendant No.1, Sh. Jatin Kalra (fresh
Vakalatnama filed).
The present case file has been received by way of transfer
in furtherance of order dated 22.06.2026 passed by Ld. Vacation
Judge, North, Rohini, Delhi.
In view of the aforementioned order, the present case is
retained in this court by the undersigned.
An application u/o VII Rule 10 of CPC has been filed on
behalf of defendant No.1. Copy of the same is supplied to Ld. counsel
for plaintiff.
Reply to the application be filed within a period of four
weeks from today with advance copy to the opposite side.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for plaintiff that vide order
dated 22.06.2026, defendant no. 1 was directed to delete the message
sent in the group by the court of Ld. DJ-04, North, Rohini and the
same is yet to be complied with.
Defendant no. 1 is directed to comply with the order
dated 22.06.2026 passed by Ld. Vacation Judge/DJ-04, North, Rohini,
Delhi within a period of two days from today.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for defendant No.1 that he
will inform the plaintiff after deletion of the message by defendant no.

Issue fresh summons of the suit to defendant No.2, 3 and
4 in terms of order dated 22.06.2026 on filing of PF/RC/Speed
Post/Courier as well as through approved electronic modes, returnable
for NDOH.
Steps be taken within 15 days from today.
Put up for appearance of defendant No.2, 3 and 4 and
further proceedings on 13.08.2026.
