behalf of plaintiff. Copy of the same is stated to be already supplied to Ld.
counsel for defendant No.1.
Reply to the application u/o 39 Rule 2A of CPC be filed
within a period of four weeks from today with advance copy to the opposite
side.
Summons have been served upon defendant no. 2 and 3
through whats-app.
Affidavit of service through whats app be filed on behalf of
the plaintiff.
WS be filed on behalf of the defendant No.1 within the
statutory period with advance copy to opposite side.
