Matter is fixed today for consideration on application u/s 151
of CPC filed on behalf of the plaintiff and for framing of issues.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for Defendant no. 1 to 5 that he
has been recently engaged in the present case, therefore, some more time
may be granted to him for addressing arguments on application u/s 151 of
CPC.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for defendant No.6 that
Defendant no. 6 does not have any role in the present case as no relief has
been sought against them.
Perusal of the record reveals that vide order dated 04.08.2025,
a representative of ESIC was directed to appear in person for the purpose of
exploring the possibility of mutual settlement in the present case, however,
no one has appeared on behalf of ESIC.
An official from ESIC is directed to appear in person on the
NDOH for the purpose of exploring the possibility of settlement in the
present case.
Put up for consideration on application u/s 151 of CPC filed
on behalf of the plaintiff and for framing of issues on 03.06.2026.
