This is an application u/s 152 CPC seeking correction in
succession certificate.
Present: Ld. Counsel for the applicant via VC.
Ld. Counsel has submitted that the present petition was
allowed vide judgment dated 29.01.2026 whereupon succession
certificate was received by the petitioner. Upon checking, it has
come to the knowledge of petitioner that inadvertently the shares of
SRF Ltd. were not mentioned in the succession certificate issued.
Heard. Same appears to be a typographical mistake and
needs to be corrected.
Accordingly, application in hand stands allowed and it
is directed that fresh succession certificate be issued incorporating
the shares of SRF Ltd vide folio no. S0007310, as per the judgment
dated 29.01.2026.
