Counsel for the defendant no. 1 seeks an adjournment for addressing arguments on his application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC stating that he is held up in another Court. There is another application under Order 1 rule 10 CPC filed by defendant no. 3 for deletion of his name from the array of parties. Despite this being the application of defendant no. 3, he has not been appearing for last several dates to pursue the same. Under these circumstances, arguments on the said application heard on behalf of plaintiff. Put up for clarification, if any / orders on the said application as well as arguments on application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC by way of last opportunity to defendant no. 1 on 26.04.2025.
