Ld. Counsel for the Defendant no. 1 submitted that
he need two weeks more time to file the Written Statement as
one of the the document filed with the Plaint is old one and
belongs to the year, 2001 and which is taking time to get is
verified and to prepare the reply. Opposed. Last opportunity is
granted to the Defendant no. 1 to file the reply within 30 days
from today. Copy shall be supplied in advance.
Defendant no. 3 submitted that he has received
only 16 pages with the summons and prayed that complete
copy be got supplied.
Ld. Counsel for the Plaintiff submitted that he is
not carrying the spare copy today. Same be supplied within 10
days from today against acknowledgment. After the receipt of
the complete copy, the Defendant no. 3 will be at liberty to file
the reply within next 30 days. Copy shall be supplied in
advance.
Put up for completion of pleadings with advance
copy to opposite party / admission-denial of documents /
framing of issues on 21/12/2023.
