An application u/s 149 of CPC has been filed on behalf of
plaintiff along with an affidavit in furtherance of order dated
30.05.2024 with respect to deficient court fees. Same is taken on
record.
An application u/s 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf
of applicant seeking liberty to bring on record the updated address of
the plaintiff in the present case.
In view of the averments made in the application, same is
allowed. The address of the plaintiff is updated in the record.
