Matter is fixed today for clarification, if any orders on
application u/s 39 Rule 1 and 2 of CPC.
Ld. counsel for DDA/Defendant No.2 is directed to
provide clarifications on the below mentioned points:-
1. Whether there is a legal bar on the existence of two
RWAs as per the Delhi Development Authority
(Management and Disposal of Housing Estates)
Regulations.
2. Whether the RWAs are required to be mandatorily
registered with Delhi Development Authority.
3. Which authority has the power to cancel the
registration of RWA.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for defendant/DDA that he
will file a status report in this regard on the NDOH.

that they will also apprise regarding the afore-mentioned facts on the
NDOH.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for plaintiff that he will file
reply to the application under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC filed on
