Present : Mr. Vichitra Kumar, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff along with
newly elected President of RWA Ms. Seema.
Mr. Sanjeev Babbar, Ld. proxy Counsel for defendant
no.1.
Mr. Jatin Aggarwal, Ld. counsel for defendant no. 2 /
DDA.
None for defendant no. 3.
On the last date of hearing, defence of defendant no. 2 was
struck off, with the observation that WS has not been filed by it till date.
However, Ld. counsel for defendant no. 2 has pointed out that WS had
already been filed on behalf of defendant no. 2 way back in 2024. Under
these circumstances, the order to the effect striking off the defence of
defendant no. 2 is recalled and WS stands taken on record. Copy supplied.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff states that after the fresh elections of
RWA, there has been a reconstitution of the office bearer and Ms. Seema
has been appointed as the new President of RWA. Resolution to that effect
be filed during the course of the day.
Replication, if any, be filed within 30 days, with copy to the
opposite side.
Put up for completion of pleadings / further proceedings on
04.08.2025.
