On behalf of JD it is submitted that the JD has moved an
application before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi seeking amendment to
the order of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, dated 09/02/2024, on the
ground that the admitted rent payable by Defendant was never Rs. 42,000/-.
No order showing issuance of notice to the opposite party has been filed.
Ld. Counsel for DH submits that he has not received
summons/notice of any application purportedly filed by the JD before the
Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
Ld. Counsel for DH further submits that the JD has not
complied with the order dated 09/02/2024 as JD has neither paid the arrears
of rent as per the above stated order nor is making regular payment of the
rent, which warrants the issuance of warrants of possession to be executed
against the JD.
Ld. Counsel for JD states that she shall ensure filing of the
copy of the application/petition alongwith the order passed by the Hon’ble
High Court of Delhi demonstrating that an application for amendment of the
order has been moved before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
In view of the submission, pass over the matter till 2:00 p.m.
