It is submitted by Ld. counsel for defendant No.3/MCD that he has not received the copy of the site plan. It is submitted by Ld. counsel for plaintiff that he will supply the soft copy of the site plan during the course of the day. It is submitted by Ld. counsel for defendant No.3/MCD that he will file the report on behalf of MCD once he received the copy of the site plan. Perusal of the record reveals that vide order dated 03.07.2026, fresh notice of the application u/s 91 of CPC was directed to be issued to defendant no. 2, however, the same could not be issued as PF was not filed on behalf of the plaintiff. Issue fresh notice of the application u/s 91 of CPC to Defendant no. 2 on filing of PF/RC/Speed Post/Courier as well as through approved electronic modes, returnable for 27.07.2026.
