Warrants of attachment issued against the JD received back unexecuted
with report that the JD had submitted that she will pay the DH in the Court. However,
this is no ground for non-execution of warrants of attachment.
Let notice be issued to the concerned Bailiff who has furnished the report to
remain present in person on the NDOH to explain the reasons for non-execution of
warrants of attachment.
On filing of PF, issue fresh warrants of attachment of movable property of
the JD as per the list filed by the DH.
DH is directed to appear before the court of Ld ACJ for appointment of
Bailiff on 01.09.2026 and for report on 23.10.2026.
The Bailiff shall make atleast three attempts to execute the warrants as per
law.
