It is submitted by Ld. proxy counsel for defendant No.1 and 2
that main counsel is not available today, therefore, evidence of the witness
may be recorded on the NDOH.
It is submitted by Defendant no. 3 that he does not wish to
contest the present suit, therefore, his name may be deleted from the array
of parties. It is further submitted by Defendant no. 3 that he has no
objection if the suit may be decreed in favour of the plaintiff.
Statement of Defendant no. 3, Sh. Jitender Singh has been
recorded separately.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for plaintiff that the plaintiff has
no objection to deletion of defendant no. 3 from the array of parties in view
of his statement recorded today.
Accordingly, defendant no. 3 is deleted from the array of
parties.
Amended memo of parties be filed on or before the NDOH.
