Defendant no. 1 submits that summons were received
by her 15 days ago.
As the time to file Written Statement still subsists, let
the same be filed within the stipulated period.
Defendant no. 2/DDA had been served with the
summons on 24/05/2024.
An application under Section 151 CPC has been
moved on behalf of Defendant no. 2 praying that the entire Paper
Book alongwith Plaint has not been supplied.
Let the same be supplied within one week from today.
Further, as none is present on behalf of DDA, cost of
Rs. 1,500/- is imposed on DDA to be deposited with DLSA, North.
Cost Deposit Receipt shall be deposited on the next date of hearing.
Re-notify the matter for 23/09/2024.
