Counsel for DDA submits that opportunity may be
granted to file WS.
On 17.07.2025, DDA was directed to file WS within
two weeks, however, same has not been filed till date.
At request, counsel for DDA, matter is passed over for
12.30 PM.
Counsel for plaintiff submits that he shall not be
available at 12.30 PM.

time to file reply to the application under Order 1 rule 10 CPC. Let,
the same be filed within four weeks from today with advance copy
to the opposite side.
Counsel for DDA submits that demolition has already
been done at the suit property. It is stated that BDO is necessary
party in the present suit.
