An application for issuing directions fo Defendant
no. 2 to provide a new electricity connection in the name of
Plaintiff has been move don behalf of Plaintiff. The Manager,
Legal appearing on behalf of Defendant No. 2 submits that
before a new electricity connection is initiated in favour of the
Plaintiff, the Plaintiff will have to furnish some documentary
proof of his possession of the suit property besides completing
the other codal formalities.
