Plaintiff on 18/07/2024 is moved.
The application is declined as no ground for allowing of
application is made out.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
The Plaintiff has moved an application for substitution of AR.
Taken on record.
Heard on the application moved for substitution of AR.
Perused. The Authority Letter in favour of Sh. Sushil Kumar, the Proposed
AR, has also been filed alongwith the said application. For the reason
mentioned in application, the application is allowed. Sh. Sushil Kumar is
permitted to represent the Plaintiff. Accordingly, the application is
disposed of.
Evidence affidavit of the AR alongwith the list of witnesses is
filed. Same is taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for the Defendant submits that he has not
received copy of the evidence affidavit.
On the other hand, Ld. Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that
he has already supplied the same on 24/07/2024 on 9873706147 (Advocate
D. K. Sharma).
However, extra copy of Evidence Affidavit and list of
witnesses is filed in the Court. Ld. Counsel for the Defendant is at liberty to
procure the same from the Ahlmad against acknowledgment. Copy of the
order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for the Plaintiff.
Relist for recording of Plaintiff's Evidence on 15/10/2024.
