Delhi Bar Association” regarding issue of Court fee be filed by the plaintiff, if not already filed by the next date of hearing, as per rules. Defendant is directed to file written statement within 30 days from the day of receipt of the summons. Copy of the order sheet be annexed with the summons. At this stage, it is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the plaintiffs that an exparte ad-interim order be passed till the next date of hearing. Relief in application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 is same as in main suit.
