aware of the conversion of the suit to the ordinary recovery suit and that is
why, the appearance was filed as afore mentioned.

Ld. Counsel for the Defendant submitted that compete copy
of plaint and documents is not received with the summons.
Ld. Counsel for the Plaintiff supplied the same and the same
is stated to be complete.
Ld. Counsel for the Defendant submitted that he wishes to
file the Written Statement. Same be filed within 30 days from today with
advance copy to the plaintiff or the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff, atleast 10
days prior to the next date of hearing.
Put up for completion of pleadings with advance copy to
opposite party, admission-denial of documents and for framing of issues on
