Written Statement alongwith the documents as

Defendant on 05/06/2023. As prayed, and as no objection
is raised, the same is taken on record.
The Plaintiff has moved an application for
substitution of AR alongwith Replication on 31/07/2023.
Taken on record.
Copy of Replication stated to have already
been received.
Heard on the application moved for
substitution of AR. Perused. The Authority Letter in favour
of Ms. Rupinder Kaur, the Proposed AR, has also been
filed alongwith the said application. For the reason
mentioned in application, the application is allowed. Ms.
Rupinder Kaur is permitted to represent the Plaintiff.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
Ld. Counsel for the Defendant submitted that
he wishes not to file Rejoinder.
As submitted by both the parties, the
pleadings are complete. No admission denial is pressed.

From the pleadings of the parties, following
issues are framed :-

1. Whether the Plaintiff is entitled to a decree of Rs.
32,917/- and if yes, at what rate and for what
period? OPP.
2. Relief
No other issues are made out or pressed by
the parties.
Put up for PE and filing list of witnesses on
18/11/2023. Advance copy of evidence affidavit and list of
witnesses be supplied to the opposite party at least two
weeks before the next date of hearing.
