Matter is fixed today for further proceedings.
It is submitted by Ld. LAC for Defendant no. 1 that he
has been recently engaged in the present case, therefore, some more
time may be granted to him for filing WS in the present case.
WS along with appropriate application be filed within a
period of four weeks from today with advance copy to opposite side.
It is submitted by LR of defendant no. 2 that she cannot
afford the services of a private counsel, therefore, a legal aid counsel
may be appointed for her.
In view of the submission, LR of defendant No.2 is
directed to approach Ld. Secretary, DLSA (North), Rohini Courts,
Delhi, today itself. Copy of the order be sent to Ld. Secretary, DLSA
(North), Rohini Courts, Delhi.
Joint request has been made for referring the present
matter to Mediation Center on the ground that there are chances of
compromise/settlement.
In view of aforesaid submissions made by Ld. Counsel(s),

the parties are directed to appear in Mediation Center on 12.05.2026 at
12.30 PM.
Put up for report of mediation and further proceedings on
