Defendant.
A perusal of the case file shows that WS along with the
Counter claim on behalf of the defendant had already been filed and Ld.
Counsel for the Plaintiff states that he has received the copy of the same.
Replication filed by the Plaintiff along with reply / WS to the counter
claim of the Defendant. Same is taken on record. Copy of the same has
been supplied to the opposite side. Ahlamad is directed to register the
counter claim separately.
Admission/denial of document not pressed for. It is jointly
stated that the pleadings are now complete. Accordingly, following
issues are framed:-
I) Whether the plaintiff is entitled for decree of Rs. 3 lacs as
damages and compensation, as prayed for? OPP.
No other issue is pressed or arises.
Matter be taken up for PE on 15.01.2024.
Advance copy of affidavit be supplied to the opposite party
at least 10 days prior to the next date of hearing.
List of witnesses be filed by both the parties within 15 days
from today.
