Whether plaintiff is entitled for the relief of permanent and mandatory injunction as sought? OPP. 3. Whether the property of the defendant no.1 was damaged by the construction raised by the plaintiff? OPP 4. Whether the plaintiff has no approached the court with clean hands and had suppressed the material facts? OPD 5. Relief, if any. No other issue is arising or pressed upon by the parties. Let the list of witnesses be filed by parties within 15 days. Affidavit of all the Pws be also filed by the plaintiff after supplying the copies to the opposite counsel in advance.
