Matter is at the stage of PE.
Between the intervening dates, an application for substitution of
AR filed on behalf of the Plaintiff. In view of submissions made, application
stands disposed off as allowed.
Fresh vakalatnama, Affidavit of amission denial with list of
witnesses filed on behalf of the Plaintiff of the new AR. Taken on record.
Copy of the same has been supplied to the opposite party.
PW-1 is examined in chief, cross examined and discharged. Vide
separate statement, PE stands closed.
At this stage, it is jointly stated by the parties that they are
willing to explore the possibility of settlement by way of mediation.
At joint request, let the present matter be referred to the Ld.
Presiding Judge, Mediation Centre, Rohini for the aforesaid purpose on
17.01.2026.
Put up the matter for further proceedings / DE before this Court
on 11.03.2026. Copy of evidence affidavit be supplied well in advance.
Pending costs be paid by NDOH.
