The application under Order XXII rule 3 CPC for substitution
of LR of the deceased petitioner is pending.
The documents annexed with the application I. e. the copy of
the death certificate as well as the GPA and Will are in the name of one
“Bijender Singh” whereas the petition has been filed by one Vijender Singh.
No clarification is forthcoming as to the descrepancy in the
name from the side of the petitioner.
At the request of Ld. proxy Counsel for petitioner, re-list for
arguments on the said application on 24.04.2025.
It is stated by respondents no. 2 and 3 that they have yet not
received the copy of the application.
Same be supplied within 2 weeks from today. Reply, if any be
filed with copy to the opposite side.
