Perusal of the record reveals that vide order dated
06.03.2026, last and final opportunity was granted to the petitioner for
filing the relevant citations, subject to cost of Rs. 3000/- to be
deposited in DLSA, North, Rohini, Delhi.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for petitioner that he will
file an application seeking waiver of cost on or before the NDOH.
Application if any be filed on or before the NDOH with
advance copy to the opposite side.
