Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that ad-interim injunction
may be granted in favour of the plaintiff thereby restraining the defendant
from creating any third party interest.

As per last order dated 22.02.2026, both the parties were
restrained from creating any third party interest in the suit property till
NDOH.
In opinion of this Court, the cause of justice will be served
by continuing the interim order till NDOH.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that compliance affidavit
under Order XXXIX Rule 3 CPC will be filed during the course of the
day.
Since no one has appeared nor filed WS on behalf of the
defendant, right to file WS of defendant is hereby closed and the suit is
proceeded exparte qua the defendant.
Put up for ex parte PE on 26.05.2026.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for plaintiff, as
prayed for.
