Issue fresh court notice to the proposed accused
returnable on NDOH on filing of PF within seven days. Court Notice
to be issued through all permissible means including e-mode. Copy of
Court Notice be supplied to Ld. counsel for complainant, if requested.
Complainant shall be at liberty to file proof of service on the next date
of hearing.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to file
Whatsapp number and e-mail address of the proposed accused on the
affidavit.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is free to assist the
process server.
Copy of the complaint alongwith the annexed documents
shall be attached with the court notice.
