In view of submissions, application is allowed as matter has been settled between the parties. In view of the special mediation drive, “Mediation for the nation from July 01.07.2025 to September 2025 run by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, this matter is sent before the mediation for settlement. In this matter, settlement talks are going on between the parties out of the court since many dates. However, same has not been finalized till date. Therefore, matter has been sent for the settlement before the mediation. At this stage, both parties have shown the intent to compound the present case and have requested for referring the matter to the mediation center for assistance in compounding the present case. Heard. Vide separate referral order, matter is directed to be sent before the mediation center at Rohini Court for 28.02.2026. at 02.00 PM. Ahlmad to comply.
