AR for the complainant submits that, he wishes to withdraw the present
complaint as the complainant has compounded the matter with the accused. He has
received the entire payment of the cheque in question from the accused. In this regard,
his statement is recorded.
In view of the statement of the AR , the present complaint is disposed of as
compounded.
Accused stands acquitted. Bail bonds/surety bond, if any, stands cancelled,
endorsement, if any stands cancelled.
Original documents, if any be returned to the complainant.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to submit the signed statement
physically and digitally within today.
