the pretext of providing a job in Russia, took Rs.1,60,000/- from the complainant but
never provided any job to him, hence, cheated the complainant. That the alleged also
forged fake visa document in the name of complainant and sent the same to the
complainant on his whatsapp number. The whatsapp chat is still there in the mobile
phone of the complainant. That the visa document has not been verified by the EO.
Today itself, Ld. Counsel for the complainant has filed copy of e-visa as allegedly
provided by the alleged. Same is taken on record.
Submissions heard.
EO is directed to verify the aforesaid document and file further inquiry
report on the NDOH.
