Statement of the complainant is recorded separately to this effect.
In view of statement of complainant, the offences U/s 411 IPC against
the accused is compounded and accused is acquitted for offences u/s 411 IPC.
Case property, if any, also be released to the rightful owner after due
verification of identity and ownership.
Put up before the Lok Adalat for final disposal on 10.05.2025.
