Arguments heard on the application for condonation of delay of about 122
days in filing the present complaint.
Perusal of the record shows that complainant has filed only the medical
documents regarding his treatment from 10.04.2024 to 18.04.2024 on record.
Ld. Counsel for complainant sought some time to file the medical
documents from April 2024 to August 2024 on the ground that he has applied for the
same in the insurance company.
Complainant seems to be quite negligent regarding pursuing the present
complaint and condonation of delay application as the same has been filed by him
without having the possession of requisite documents.
In the interest of justice, last and final opportunity is given to the
complainant, subject to cost of Rs. 3,000/- to be paid to the proposed accused before
NDOH, failing which matter would be dismissed for non-compliance/non-prosecution.
Put up for further proceedings on 15.02.2027.
