In pursuance of previous order, Ahlmad has placed on record the
chargesheet of case FIR No. 697/25 titled as State Vs. Vinod Kumar & Ors which is
listed for consideration before this court on 08.06.2026. Same is perused .
Request seeking exemption from personal appearance is received from
IO/ASI Gajraj. Same is considered and rejected as the above named witness has
failed to cite any reasonable ground for his absence today.
As it emerges that after completion of investigation, chargesheet has
already been filed in case FIR No. 697/25, PS Bh. Dairy, therefore in the considered
view of this court, nothing further is left to be done in the present proceedings.
Accordingly, the present proceedings are disposed off.
Let the record of present case file be annexed with the aforesaid
chargesheet of case FIR No. 697/25 PS Bh. Dairy for record.
