against the same accused persons and one of the complainant is the person who has
filed the present complaint and the supplementary chargesheet has been filed
regarding the present complaint also.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the complainant that he has not
received the supplementary chargesheet and seeks a short adjournment.

the aforesaid FIR and the names of complainants/ victims were included in the list of
prosecution witnesses. That the complainant Himanshu Tyagi may file his complaint
before the EOW.
It is submitted by EO SI Rahul that the complaint received from
Himanshu Tyagi is not traceable in the PS and a fresh complaint may be filed by the
complainant before the EOW Cell and the same shall be clubbed with the aforesaid
FIR.
