Proposed accused through VC.
Matter is at the stage of hearing on the point of cognizance.
Proposed accused seeks adjournment for arguments on cognizance on
the ground that he is yet to engage a counsel and that in the meanwhile he wishes to
explore the possibility of settlement.
One last opportunity is given to the proposed accused to argue on
cognizance.
On request of both the sides as well as their consent, the matter is
referred for mediation. Both sides are directed to remain available for mediation on
08.04.2025 at 02.30 PM.
Both parties are also directed to sign the mediation form at Digital Court,
Work Station Porta Cabin 5 th Floor, Rohini Court, Delhi on the same day before
02:00 PM to send the same for Mediation. In case non-appearance of either of the
party in mediation, the defaulting party shall pay the cost of Rs. 1000/- to the
opposite party.
In case the matter does not get settled, put up before Court for hearing on
cognizance on 06.08.2025.
