Bail application of accused Bhupender Guru @ Sunny is
disposed off as not pressed with liberty to file it afresh.
Considering the medical condition of the accused
Bhupender Guru @ Sunny and at the request of his counsel, Jail
Superintendent concerned is directed to take the accused to DDU
Hospital for OPD consultation and furnish a report on 03.10.2026.
Further, he is also directed to change the ward of the accused
Bhupender Guru @ Sunny. Copy of this order be tagged with custody
warrants for compliance.
