At request, Sh. Mohit Kaushik, Ld. LADC is assigned to
accused Sandeep @ Daagu Maharaj.
Accused Deepak is stated to be on court bail.
Fresh chargesheet was filed before the Ld. Duty JMFC on
28.08.2026 and was listed for 29.08.2026 before this court. However, today,
Ahlmad has placed the present chargesheet before the court. He is warned to be
careful in future.
Chargesheet be checked and registered as per rules.
I have carefully perused the charge sheet, FIR, statement of
witnesses and documents annexed with it. There is sufficient material on record
for taking cognizance of the offence. Accordingly, I take cognizance of the
alleged offence.
There is sufficient material on record to proceed against the
accused persons. As they are present in the court, the requirement of issuance
of summons is dispensed with.
Copy of charge-sheet, complete in all respect, be supplied to
the accused Sandeep against written acknowledgment.
Naib Court submits that extra set of chargesheet is not with
him. Accordingly, notice be issued to the IO to provide extra set of chargesheet
to the accused persons for the next date of hearing.
Issue summons to accused Deepak through IO concerned for
12.09.2026.
