Further an application u/s 94 BNSS for issuance of directions to
preserve CCTV footage has been filed on behalf of the applicant. It is
submitted by the applicant that two policemen from PS Mahendra Park
overtook his vehicle on 28.07.2026 at about 9-9.30AM and since they were
driving in a very rash manner, the applicant confronted them upon which
both the policemen beat up the applicant and took him to the police station
without any reason.
The allegations are serious in nature.
Heard. Considered.
SHO concerned is directed to immediately preserve the CCTV
footage of camera placed at entrance gate of PS Mahendra Parkand also
camera placed at Yadav Park dated 28.07.2026 from 9AM to 10AM for the
purposes of fair investigation.
Copy of this order be given dasti to the applicant and be also
sent to the concerned SHO through Naib Court for compliance.
