I have gone through the charge sheet including the statement of
witnesses along with the other relevant material on record.
On the basis of material on record there exists prima facie case
against accused for offense u/s 103(1)/212 BNS, hence cognizance is taken.
Issue P/W against the accused returnable for the next date
of hearing.
SHO PS Bh. Dairy is directed to take the necessary follow up
action with FSL Rohini for expediting the FSL result and file report on
NDOH.
Be listed for further proceedings on 29.08.2026.
