Cost deposit receipts are placed on record. Their bail bonds stand restored. Applications stand disposed off accordingly. Surety of accused Amit has moved an application for withdrawal of surety bonds. Heard. Perused. Considered. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Surety Durga Devi W/o Sh. Amit is discharged from the present case. Personal bond is furnished by accused Amit. Accused Amit is given a single opportunity to arrange another surety on the next date of hearing. Accordingly, personal bond of accused Amit is accepted till the next date.
