IO states that the FSL result with respect to the mobile phones of
accused persons which were sent for examination, is still awaited. He also states that
the result qua the alleged spurious drugs which were sent through the Drugs Control
Department, GNCTD is also awaited and has requested that the concerned Drug Insp.
may be summoned for the clarifications qua the status of the aforesaid result.
In view of the above, let notice be issued to Drug Insp. Sh. Ravi
Kumar Yadav (details mentioned at serial no. 6 of the list of witnesses),

IO is also directed to take the necessary follow up action with the
FSL, Rohini for expediting the FSL result with respect to the examination of
