Violator is apprised about the offence against him which is Drunken Driving punishable U/s
185/3/181 of Motor Vehicles Act.
Violator wishes to plead guilty for offence U/s 185/3/181 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
Violator is apprised about the consequences of pleading guilty and the fact that violator can
be liabledfor the offence. He submits that he has understood the consequences and wants to plead guilty and
prays for a lenient view as it was a first time offence.
Keeping in view the plea of guilt of offence, the violator is liabledfor offence U/s 185/3/181
of the Motor Vehicles Act and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.15,000/-. The fine is to be paid by way of
payment on online portal and in default Simple Imprisonment of 20 days.
